Supporting development tenders for Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises

The supportive development tenders for micro, small, medium and large enterprises have been announced on March 28th, 2012.. The support ration can even be 100%, and besides the cost of the trainings the wages of the participants can also be financed.

Circle of applicants:

Business companies, credit unions, cooperative savings banks, agricultural cooperatives, insurance unions, lawyers offices, water companies, notary’s offices, limited deposit companies, unlimited partnership companies, one-person firms, branch establishments of a foreign residing company, non profit unlimited deposit companies, non profit limited liability companies, non profit joint stock companies, etc.

Newly established companies without a full closed financial year have to state their projected financial and staff data in good faith.

Location:

CENTRAL HUNGARIAN REGION (CHR):

The applicants may submit a tender on behalf of their registered office, branch establishment or their residence in the Central Hungarian Region and only for employees who work in the Central Hungarian Region.

CONVERGENCE REGIONS:

The applicants may submit a tender on behalf of their registered office, branch establishment or their residence in the Convergence Regions only for employees who work in the Convergence Regions.
Territorial limitations: The trainings have to take place within the territory of the member states of the European Union. Any other activity that are related to the project may take place anywhere within Hungary.

Allocated budget:

  • Large enterprises: CHR: 0,4 billion Ft, CONVERGENCE REGIONS: 8 billion Ft
  • Medium enterprises: CHR: 0,3 billion Ft, CONVERGENCE REGIONS: 6 billion Ft
  • Micro and small enterprises: CHR: 0,3 billion Ft, CONVERGENCE REGIONS: 6 billion Ft

Amount of support:

  • Large enterprises: 10-150 million Ft
  • Medium enterprises: 1-50 million Ft
  • Micro and small enterprises: max. 10 million Ft

Support ratio:

60-100% (de minimis support or training support)

Ratio of advance payment:

maximum 25%

Project period:

5-20 month

Submission deadline:

From May 1st, 2012

Supportable activities:

These types of trainings are supportable exclusively and could be delivered also by external or internal trainers:

  • professional training;
  • foreign language training;
  • training related to the operation of the company (increasing knowledge or developing competencies that supports developing the company or helps the labor of the employee);
  • informatics training;
  • fallen out wages costs up to the maximum of the fivefold of the minimum wage but maximum the 50% of the whole cost.

Judgment:

Micro and small enterprises are not judged by scores while middle and large enterprises are.

Preservation:

The enterprise is obliged to keep at least the 60% of the employees participated in the trainings for the period of the project and plus the same time longer.

Other limitations:

  • The training provider companies must be accredited by FAT (Adult Education Accreditation Committee) and the 50-70% of the used programs has to have accreditation too. The accreditation rules apply only for external training providers, for internal trainings there is no such limitation.
  • One organization is allowed to submit one tender.
